EUROPEAN DELIVERY
Under £100 Spend: £10.00 per order.
Over £100 Spend: £20.00 per order.
We will use Royal Mail, DPD or DHL to send your parcel. Usually your parcel will be delivered within 14 days, however please allow additional time incase of any delays before contacting us. You will receive tracking information with your order, which you can use to check the status of your parcel. Please note that orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes levied when the delivery reaches its specific destination and you, the customer, will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes.
REST OF WORLD DELIVERY
Under £100 Spend: £17.00 per order.
Over £100 Spend: £30.00 per order.

DISPATCH TIMES
Orders placed before 12pm are normally dispatched on the same day. Please note that during busy periods such as sales, there may be a delay dispatching on the same day as your order. Our warehouse operates on Monday-Friday, so orders placed on Friday after 12pm will normally be dispatched Monday (Tuesday if a Bank Holiday Monday).
DISPATCH ISSUES
Sometimes we may not be able to completely fulfil orders in one package (e.g. stock error, or an item already in store). We will contact you to inform you and to rectify the situation if necessary.
If your order requires items to be sent in multiple packages, you will not be charged additional postage.
DELIVERY ISSUES
In the rare event that your parcel has not yet been delivered, please allow 14 working days before contacting us. You should have received tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email, which you can use to locate the whereabouts of your parcel. We will be able to process an exchange or refund in the event that it has not processed through the delivery network.
If your item has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please ensure you have looked around in any safe locations (bins, over the gate, in the porch), or with neighbours before contacting us. We will investigate with the carrier if the parcel has gone missing.
If your item has been received with damage to the packaging, please take a photograph and inform us, so we can investigate with the carrier.
